Healing is gently learning how to offer yourself compassion…

…and gently learning how to receive it.

Welcome! I’m glad you are taking the step to choose a therapist. To help make the decision just a tiny bit easier, here is a little about the typical client I work with and my approach in helping them:

Many of the people I’ve worked with have felt they had to minimize their own needs, stay constantly on alert, or over-function for others. Over time, these patterns led to self-neglect, anxiety, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, or feeling like they always have to be ‘on.’ They may feel like chameleons or find themselves retreating into their own world just to feel like they’re not sinking in quicksand.

In our work together, I honor these intelligent ways you’ve learned over the years to get through hard experiences — while helping you gently explore new ways of relating to yourself that support healing, connection, and growth.

You can expect deep compassion, curiosity, and respect in our sessions — never shame or judgment. In our work together, I’ll help you make space for your authentic self and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gone quiet.

I work collaboratively with clients to help them acknowledge their emotional needs, regulate their nervous systems, and respond to life’s challenges with their inner wisdom, clarity, and courage.

You don’t need to have all the answers. You don’t even need to know where to start.
Together, we’ll create a space for honest self-discovery — so you can begin to feel more at home in yourself.
